Kathryn Boren (Guest Teacher)

Kathryn Boren was born in Dallas, Texas.  At age six, she began studying at the Ballet Academy of Texas, under the direction of Lisa Slagle and Thomas Nicholson.  At age twelve, Boren was chosen as one of four young girls from the state of Texas to perform with American Ballet Theatre in George Balanchine's Mozartiana.  She competed in the Youth America Grand Prix from 2004-2007 and received many top honors.

LeeWei Chao (Guest Teacher)

Born in Taipei, Taiwan. LeeWei Chao started his ballet training at age 15 with Ms. Xiao Lee, who brought from Russia the Vaganova ballet method to Taiwan. After dancing with Taipei City Ballet, Henry Yu Dance Company, He joined Singapore Dance Theater.

Weaver Rhodes (July)

JWeaver Rhodes was born and raised in Texas. He received his training from the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. He went on to receive his BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase in 2012.

Chung-Lin Tseng (Full Time)

Former Principal Dancer with

Universal Ballet and Texas Ballet

Theater, Mr. Tseng brings to his

teaching a strong background in

classical technique, partnering

and choreography. Mr. Tseng has successfully coached students in numerous competitions. He is the Artistic Director of Ballet

Frontier.

Logan began her professional

career with Atlanta Ballet,

where she toured London with

the company's production

of Peter Pan. She is the 

Assistant Artistic Director

of Ballet Frontier.

Nerea Barrondo (Character, Ballet, Body Conditioning)

Nerea Barrondo was born in Bilbao, Spain. She received her early training at Igor Yebra's Ballet Academy were she was trained by Anna Generalova (teacher graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy) and the Royal Conservatory of Dance Mariemma in Madrid.

Sofia Warren  (Modern & Ballet)

Born in Riverside California, Soa began training at the age of 6 with Riverside Ballet Arts. She completed her training under Ben Stevenson O.B.E. at Texas Ballet Theater School spending her

final year in the Professional Division.

Brayan Valencia (Modern & Jazz)

Brayan Valencia was born in Bogota, Colombia. Mr. Valencia began his training at 16 years old at Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas under the artistic direction of Doris Orjuela,  John Mario Cardenas, Marta Ospina and Maria Teresa Garcia.
