Teens and adults of all fitness levels are welcome. See our class offerings below and call us if you have any questions. We’d love to help you find the perfect class for you.

Intermediate Ballet ( all year):

Tuesday 9:30-11:00 am (Ms. Enrica Tseng)

Drop-in $18, or 10 Class Voucher for $160

Our expert instructor, Enrica Tseng, brings more than 25 years of professional and teaching experience to her class. She has quite a following, with many students still with her since she began her beginner-friendly program more than ten years ago. Ms. Enrica incorporates the foundations of ballet into a complete ballet class with exercises at the barre, in the center, and moving across the floor. The structure of the class promotes improved posture, flexibility, and coordination.

Call for information

"Ballet provides a clear connection between mind and body, with the use of music, that other forms of exercise don't."

- Linda, Adult Student

"I started to take ballet because I needed a type of exercise that  would provide aerobic and stretch conditioning.

Ballet class provides that and more, it also develops my awareness of balance."

- Mark, Adult Student
