| Ballet Fit is a fitness class based on exercises and techniques used in ballet, pilates, and yoga. |
| It is a total body workout to help with strength, flexibility, and posture. Ballet Fit uses simple, low |
| impact, yet high intensity exercises to strengthen each muscle group, followed by stretches to |
| lengthen the muscles to create the long, lean muscles of a dancer. It is the perfect workout for |
| all ages and fitness levels! |
